I can recommend the facilities at Aquapalace - there is a great range of saunas, Roman baths and hot tubs. Unfortunately, the massage did not meet expectations, especially for the price (over 2000 CZK). It didn’t feel particularly professional and was at times uncomfortable, particularly around the neck. I shared this feedback with the spa afterwards. While they responded politely, they attributed it to personal preference and did not offer any compensation. Overall, I would recommend the facilities, but would be more cautious about booking treatments.
