• For departures, uou must call the Gray Line office at (+420) 224-826-262 (24 hours in advance) to confirm your shuttle bus pick up time from the hotel to the airport
• After booking, a Gray Line Prague Representative will contact you to confirm your pick up details and travel plans. Please complete all contact information (including daytime phone number) when making your purchase
• Maximum 7 passengers for each transfer
• Buses leave every whole hour from the airport
