Description

Step into Weedtah, an intimate underground cocktail bar known for its smoke-infused creations and experimental mixology. During this guided tasting, enjoy three signature cocktails, each split into two tasting portions. Meet at the entrance of a partner shop in Karlín, where you are warmly welcomed by the staff and guided downstairs to the hidden Weedtah Bar. After descending into the underground space, enter the intimate speakeasy-style bar. The bartender briefly introduces the concept of smoke-infused cocktails and explains how the guided tasting will work. Be seated at a reserved table. The bartender introduces the three signatute cocktails that will be part of the tasting and explains the flavor profiles and progression of the experience. The first cocktail served is the Sky Sour, made with Skyy vodka, Chinola passion fruit liqueur and fresh lemon. This cocktail is smoke-infused under a special glass dome, allowing the aromas to fully develop before serving. It offers a smooth, tropical, and citrusy opening to the tasting. Observe the preparation and learn about ingredient balance. The second cocktail is the Army & Navy, prepared with gin, lemon, and almond, and finished with an impressive smoked presentation in a special glass. This stage focuses on aroma and visual effect as the smoke infusion is done directly in front of you. The final cocktail is the Weedtah Fashioned, a signature version of the Old Fashioned, made with bourbon, brown butter, maple syrup, and bitters. This cocktail is also smoke-infused under a special dome, adding an intense aromatic layer to its rich and smooth profile.
