Step inside our cosy Chimney Cake Workshop in central Prague and discover the magic behind the city’s most iconic sweet pastry — the Trdelník. This fun, hands-on experience teaches you everything needed to create your own authentic chimney cake from start to finish. Your instructor will welcome you with an introduction to the history of the Trdelník and demonstrate each step. Then it’s your turn! You’ll knead the dough, roll it into long strips, and wrap it around a traditional wooden spit. After brushing it with butter and sugar, you’ll place it into the rotating oven until it becomes perfectly baked and golden. While your cake is still warm, you can choose from delicious classic toppings such as cinnamon sugar, vanilla, walnuts, or coconut.
