Artharmony is a cute place with a unique vibe. So many ideas and so much care was put into it. Receptionists are very polite, nice and genuine. It's perfectly located - not in a city centre, but within the range of a short walk. My biggest concern is cleanliness - rooms and common spaces weren't as clean as I'd like them to be. Water stays in showers (literally, it takes HOURS), food remains in sinks. The whole place definitely needs more cleaning and a plumber's visit. Would recommend only for shorter stays.
