If I could give this hotel 100 out of 10, I absolutely would! This was our first visit to Prague, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The location is unbeatable—it’s directly connected to the metro and situated inside a shopping mall. Having easy access to restaurants, a food court, grocery stores, and shopping made our stay incredibly convenient, especially after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet deserves a review of its own. The variety was exceptional, with something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel itself is well-maintained and has a professional, business-class atmosphere. It felt calm and refined, making it a great place to unwind. One unexpected highlight was the hotel’s Pizza Café restaurant. During our stay they were featuring an asparagus-themed seasonal menu, and every dish we tried was truly gourmet. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and was among the best meals we had in Prague. From the exceptional service to the fantastic location and outstanding amenities, this hotel exceeded every expectation. There is no doubt, we’ll be booking this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
This is one of my favourite hotels I've stayed in out of the 15 European countries I've visited. The staff were very kind, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was by far the best buffet I've ever had, it's huge, separated by sections and delicious. The hotel has a mall attached to it with a grocery store, shops and fast food options and it also leads to the underground. They have ice machines and vending machines that you can purchase alcohol from. The room was big, clean and well equipped. The negative: it was hot. Not just my room, everyone I know (6+) said the same thing. It doesn't have AC, it has air which for the most part does the trick but it shuts off overnight for some reason. I woke up sweating both nights and couldn't fall back asleep. My second night I asked for a fan and the front desk said they have A fan, but it was already given out. I had to sleep with a wet towel and have a cold shower just to comfortably fall asleep. This would easily be one of my favourite hotels if not for the room temperature, and for that reason, I will not be back. If you like to sleep warm, this is the place for you though.
Had a wonderful stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The location was excellent with easy metro and tram connectivity, making travel around Prague very convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast spread was outstanding with plenty of choices to start the day well. Having the congress venue within the hotel itself made the entire meeting experience seamless and stress free. The attached restaurants were also very good, offering great food and a pleasant ambience after long scientific sessions. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay.
An Absolutely Flawless Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Everything about our stay was perfect. The Location: Incredibly convenient! It is located just a short walk away from the metro station, making it very quick and easy to travel anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is peaceful. The Room: Spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring, and the amenities were top-notch. The Breakfast: A highlight of our mornings! The buffet offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious options that exceeded our expectations. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
The hotel was large and very clean. The rooms were spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day, which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, so everyone could find something suitable for themselves. A big advantage was also the very friendly and helpful staff. An additional benefit is that the hotel is connected to a small shopping mall, from which you can directly access the metro. For guests traveling by car, free parking under the hotel is also a great convenience. I definitely recommend it!
