The hotel is clean and the location is excellent, with very good public transport connections to the city centre. However, the extra bed for the third person was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to sleep on it, so all three of us ended up sleeping in the double bed. Breakfast could also be better organized. The food was spread across different areas, so you had to search for everything instead of having it in one place. When we arrived around 9:30 a.m., there were no free tables and we had to wait. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay, but the extra bed and breakfast organization definitely need improvement.

the hotel was nice, the jakuzzi, the sauna & the restaurant were all fine. the staff was friendly and helpful 💕 it's easy to commute, the tram is near and the underground is quite near as well. the hotel is not far away from the centre. there are a lot of café and stores near the hotel. our only problem was the lack of AC. every room had a fan but that was definitely not enough, the receptionist said it's because AC is not really common in the Czech Republic. it's understandable, but still it was still really hot

Although it's not in Prague's tourist center, it's not too far away either (10-15min), so it's very easy and quick to get to the center by taking the tram, which is just a block from the hotel. Located in a modern and quiet residential area, the building is modern and appears to be regularly maintained. The room for three people is a decent size, with a small sitting area at the entrance and a spacious bathroom, as well as wardrobes, a minibar, a clothes rack, and a television. Everything works well and is clean. Our stay included a buffet breakfast, which, although the same every day, has a good variety of savory and sweet items to choose from, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, and pastries. Most of the staff are young and friendly. It's worth noting that the hotel and rooms are decorated with very colorful paintings of iconic Prague landmarks and buildings, created by a young local artist. The only downside was that the room was a bit warm, but opening the windows in the morning was enough to ventilate it, and if needed, there's an electric fan in the closet. It's worth exploring the surrounding area on foot, as there are restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, laundromats, and many other businesses in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I really liked this hotel.

Good service from the staff, lovely breakfasts in the mornings. 8th June was a lovely girl helping us to our room. 5 stars to her. I'm not sure her name. She wasn't there when we left on Friday morning, wanted to wish her well.

The hotel has a really nice restaurant, the breakfast is good (missing salmon/fish though) with a nice variety and plenty of refill and the staff is helpful and friendly. Since breakfast is an important part of a hotel stay this hotel gets those points. Loved the whirlpool and sauna - you have to pre-book it but otherwise all good. You get additional towels and bathrobs provided there. We did not try out the fitness room. Some negative points were the broken shower holding in our apartment (we also forgot to mention this at the reception - I'm sure they would have repaired it) and the bathroom itself. We had an apartment - 2 rooms. The bathroom was small, but the main problem was the lack of space where you could put down your bags of sanitary stuff. I would recommend a shelf for that purpose. It was pretty inconvenient. I personally don't like the separation of bathroom and loo but that's a personal preference. Otherwise there was not much to complain about - it was quiet and peaceful with a good connection to the public transport. The hotel has a free parking lot - it's a bit difficult to find a spot on a Friday. Overall we recommend this hotel for your stay and will be looking at staying here again maybe for our next visit. Thank you to the staff for their help and friendliness.
