The view was breathtaking. The hotel was inside the heart of the old town of Prague. Easy to get around. The staff was nice friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and beautiful.
Beautiful, classy, luxurious, wonderful service... everything a 5-star hotel should be and more. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast buffet.
This four seasons hotel did not disappoint our trip to Prague. It was our first time visiting this beautiful city and this hotel was centrally located that we could walk everywhere the service is impeccable and the daily breakfast was a huge highlight. It is definitely worth the price we paid for this luxurious hotel and would recommend to everyone visiting Prague for the first time.
This is a beautiful hotel and we had a lovely room that had a fantastic view. It is quite overpriced. It seems like everything in Prague is overpriced. There's nothing worse than feeling like you've been overcharged. We left here with that feeling. It was not that great, it's difficult to get in and out of the driveway to the hotel because it's very narrow and in the middle of the town. Other than that, we could not have been happier with our room. It was absolutely lovely in every way. Dinner our first evening was in the hotel restaurant. The waitress did not seem to know what she was doing. Also, another waitress came up, and she was extremely competent; kind of made up for it, but it was a difficult dinner. Not a good way to start. The biggest issue we had was that it seemed like, at every turn people were trying to empty our pockets of any amount of money we might have... Worst feeling ever.
The most wonderful of stays. Hospitality such as this is a rare experience. They acknowledged our kiddo with a personalized gift upon arrival which meant so much to us all, and we were greeted with a gift of delicious Czech wine and dessert (something that adhered to our dietary requirements so we could actually enjoy it!) and grape soda for our kid. The staff are warm and unpretentious. The hotel is discreet and quiet. The decor is refined and full of old world charm. The best among Four Seasons.
