Beautiful apartment next to the old town in the heart of the high end shopping district, few mins from the clock tower and old town. Partially manned reception which helped and a lift/ aircon. Balcony was great and had a lovely view. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Would stay here again

Ill start by saying that this hotel is location right in the heart of yhe old city, you can pretty much walk everywhere. Check in was fairly straight forward and they accomodated me checking in a little early which was great. I had the superior apartment for just myself (wasn't my first choice as I didnt need that much room hahah) and it was huge! Lots of room to relax and store my stuff. The apartments are clean but there are no cleaning staff during your stay, atleast not for a 3 night stay. I did find the pillow extremely lumpy which was not very nice and although there is a coffee machine in the rooms they give you one pod lol they have some at the reception with a sign saying 6 euro per pod, which is insanity. Even if i wanted to pay those crazy prices 90% of the time no one is at reception for you to pay.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location which, because of the time of year we visited, was a bargain. Centered in the old town district, close to tram, bus stops and within walking distance to so many of the things you want to see when visting Prague. We had the large apartment with the massive rooftop terrace..The views from up there were spectacular, even in the rainy days we experienced for a couple of our holidays. The apartment is large, spotless and well equipped for a lengthy stay of 5 days or more. We even had a large balcony just off the livingroom. Check in was easy with excellent communication from our hosts. There was a lift up to the top floor but will say it is snug in case people bring lots of suitcases..Cannot praise this apartment enough..We travel constantly, and have stayed in lovely places..but this was , without doubt, our favourite place.

Three shared an apartment, which was very small, despite being advertised as suitable for 3. The main bedroom was all bed, with little floor space. The sofa bed was crammed against the table which was crammed to the kitchen cupboards. Crockery was very small size - no suitable coffee mugs. Two single friends shared an apartment on the next floor, with significantly more space, and for the same cost per night as the one we had. Very disappointing. There is no airconditioning, only fans that were difficult to place, and we were staying there when it was quite hot. However, the position close to the Old Town Square is very convenient, and also has many eateries close by.
