Reviews
My family (husband, 2 sons - 22 & 16 yo) & I stayed at The Grandior Prague during early July 2026. Fantastic location in Prague, just outside the busiest part of the city. Everything is easily walkable, but the trams are right outside if you want them. Breakfast is extremely good (my 16 yo was delighted that ice cream was considered a breakfast essential, something we do not agree on 🤣). Loads of restaurants within easy reach. Customer service is fantastic, rooms are very clean, overall an excellent hotel which is very good value.
I had a fantastic stay here. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety to suit everyone, one of the best I've seen. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely lovely and accommodating. The location is ideal: close to many tourists attractions, most within a 10 to 20 minutes walk. It's also just 5 minutes walk to a large shopping centre with every shop you can think of, plus a lovely eatery area on the top floor.
Good hotel, clean and close to city center! No need for transportation for most sights. Rooms were clean ( properly cleaned everyday) and good . I just find the decorations and colors quite outdated. Breakfast was included, buffet had good options and various choices , from savoury to sweet and it was delicious , it was almost the same everyday with some changes like morning with waffles instead of pancakes . The restaurant à la carte was small not really cosy but the food and quality was very delicious and good . Also they offered free drinks on arrival ( of your choice could be a coke , a beer , wine or anything) :) The staff were kind and let me check out 1 hour later but i informed them beforehand of course. They also offered cookies for Easter because i was there during Easter
Stayed here and found it to be an excellent value. The location is highly convenient, located right by the tram station and the Florenc bus terminal. A tip for arrival: If you are bringing large luggage from the subway and using the Florenc elevator exit, use the hotel's back gate. The walkway there is much friendlier for rolling bags. The front gate requires dragging them over cobblestones. Check-in and service: The staff is polite and efficient. The standard check-in time is 15:00, but they accommodated us with an early check-in, which we appreciated. The room: We had a quiet room with a garden view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and included a bathtub. While the dedicated luggage area is small, the room itself has plenty of floor space to easily open two large suitcases without feeling crowded. Value: Our price included breakfast. Given the quality of the food, the room, and the location, the overall stay was definitely worth the cost.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Prague. The hotel itself is very nice, and the overall experience was good. To be honest, I expected the rooms to be more renovated, as they looked a bit older than they appeared in the photos. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff cleaned the room every day at the same time and were very professional. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of food to start the day. Despite the rooms not fully matching our expectations, the cleanliness, professional service, and good breakfast made our stay enjoyable. For that reason, I am happy to leave a positive review and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Prague.
