We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. What stood out the most (!) was the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated the support we received when one of our children became ill during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and showed genuine care and compassion, which meant a great deal to our family. The rooms are a little dated in some areas, but they are mostly clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is outstanding – with an incredible variety of high-quality food and something for everyone. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel's location is also excellent, with the city center being easily accessible. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.
A very nice hotel. Although, admittedly, if you’re staying in a room on the inside of the building, you might be surprised by the renovation work going on outside your window. The rooms are very nice, well-equipped and well-maintained. The cleaning staff are absolutely lovely and do their job to a high standard. The same goes for the staff serving breakfast. The lady at reception is also very friendly. I think her name was Jenny. I have very fond memories of my stay and the service. Although I would have preferred the exit to the terrace to be better signposted.
A very beautiful hotel in q great location in Prague. Nice big rooms, well equipped with firm mattress and comfortable pillows, as well as thermostatic tap in the shower. Service was impeccable, with very supportive people everywhere. Everything was super clean, not just rooms but public spaces.the breakfast buffet was really good with almost everything (I missed smoked salmon), and a nice omelette station. Cloud 9 bar in the roof has splendid views, do not miss it. I absolutely loved it
50/50 hotel . Quite interesting experience. The moment you think “forget it I am checking out” - something good happens. All started from check in , never felt so snubbed . Okay I wasn’t wearing LV but I didn’t came out from forest either . No smile and coldness is fine , but why to make it so obviously dissatisfied face and voice tone when asked simple questions “ where is the lift , where and what time is breakfast and how to connected to WiFi (by the way the WiFi code the lady gave us didn’t work anyway) . Wasn’t felt welcome at all ! But an hour later the girl on reception was very polite and helpful . The day after another girl was nice but absolutely unaware of anything ( found it even funny at some point ) , another few hours receptionist was perfect! So 50/50. Pretty confusing elevator, you press the button on one and shows you to go and find another one 😁. It is fast but this game “find me where I am” and “what floor you will arrive” is not a relaxing stay . So 50/50 . The room is another 50/50 story . The room is actually nice but the bathroom total disaster , apart from it was forgotten to renovate it together with the room it was also ignored to maintain it at least. Basin drain cover was dismantled , piece of paper inside, seems it was indication that the water is not draining ( nice way to alarm the guests 😁) There is a phone in the room , it works but don’t bother- no one will answer. Good that you can chat via Hilton app . So the good 50 was a gentleman on the app chat and housekeepers which he managed to arrange to come swiftly. Housekeepers are really so nice and sweet ladies , they tried to fix the problem, apologized hundreds times, brought everything what was missing in the room and even managed to send maintenance man quickly. So all is good , or not ? Until you decide to relax in the bathtub 🤣. Water can be only super hot even if you roll all the way to cold and only to use it as a shower . So everything is kind of there but it is not functioning. Breakfast was good , enough sits , food is good and good verity . Location is comfortable to walk to town attractions. Supermarkets and restaurants are very near . Will I stay there again ? most probably not . Although the hotel itself and Prague is stunning. Bathrooms and reception welcome certainly need to be improved.
We had a week stay at the Hilton Prague. Staff training should be on the forefront and, although there were times where we had exceptional service from some of the staff, this was few and far between. Some of the reception staff is seemingly of the opinion that they are doing you a favor by assisting you. We checked in a day earlier that what we anticipated whihc resulted in the booking days being reduced and our last day's booking got cancelled, either by the hotel or the system. When we tried to access the room later the day, we discovered we don't have access anymore and on enquiry from the front desk, we were told the reservation is cancelled and if we want to collect our luggage, we will need to be escorted. The airconditioner in the room is simply not working properly and despite requests, nothing was done. After day three we were still without body wash in our dispenser and had to buy our own. Also don't expect to receive coffee, sugar etc to be replenished. The food in the Bistro was very tasty but again, i had to try 7 salt and 5 pepper grinders before getting ones that were filled. The hotel is massive and seemingly has a high occupancy rate which probably explains the lack of attendance to cleanliness and service. The location is good and close to a small shopping centre with a supermarket, Costa Coffee and a pharmacy. A short walk will bring you to a connection tram line (Florenc) with some shops and a McDonalds.
