Reviews
Great location in the middle of old town, walkable to many sights and restaurants and on a major public transit street. Only complaints: we had a room without AC during unusually warm weather so the only way to cool off was to open the windows that overlooked the street, where trams ran on rails from 5 AM to 10 PM.
I had a mixed experience staying at the hotel last week. Yes the bathroom was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, it offers a safe, it offers a free baggage drop and the hotel is at a prime location, but the positives end there. There was a constant tapping sound throughout the room that kept me up at night, even with earplugs, I reported the sound twice to reception, only to be met with confusion. I believe it was coming from the pipes, but I can't be sure as the receptionists did not explain the cause of the sounds Secondly, I found a pill that wasn't mine and stains on the carpet and my room had a rusted radiator. The room was also pretty dry even when I opened the window. The negatives left a very bad impression on me; I will consider another hotel if I visit Prague Again. If the hotel is still willing to get back to me I can show photos.
We got a pretty spacious room for a very good price. The people who let us check in and out were very clear and helpful, they let us check out early and kept our luggage safe while we explored the city some more before our flight in the evening. We also got new clean towels every day. The location was perfect, you can get the tram or bus almost right in front of the hotel, there’s a mall right next to it where you can buy any necessities or snacks that you might need. The walk to Charles Bridge from this hotel also let’s you pass other tourist spots like the Powder Tower, the Astronomical Clock, Old Town Square, etc. I recommend booking on their website as booking.com is known to overprice and mess up your booking.
