you could not call it hotel, i have been in many better hostel than this one. rooms dont have matress, you will sleep kind of over sponge. with little bit more money you should find a real hotel. very noisy young people and no space in room even for walk between beds
The hotel offered a good variety of food — not too much, but enough to enjoy each day. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any request. Cleaning was done on time, and the rooms were always neat and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and everything in the room was clean and fully functional. One of the best things about the hotel was its location — very close to the city center, which made exploring Prague’s main attractions easy and convenient. The rooms also had lovely views, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location in Prague.
The hotel is well positioned right in front of a nice shopping mall and tram stop. The only issue was with the room’s cleanliness: the floor is fully carpeted and during the three days we stayed it was never cleaned, the first day we found it dirty as well. The cleaning staff was entering the room and the only thing they did was pick up the shower mat and fold it, the toilet has never been cleaned during our stay. The staff is not super nice but can’t say they were rude neither, just a little cold and uninterested. The breakfast was okay, not a large variety of food but the basics were present.
