We really enjoyed our stay. What impressed us most was the exceptional cleanliness. The room and bathroom were spotless — we literally didn’t find a single stray hair anywhere, which says a lot about the high standard of housekeeping. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Katerina at the reception, who was particularly kind and attentive. We would also like to mention the doorman — unfortunately, we don’t know his name, but he has grey/dark hair. He was extremely helpful and even assisted us with getting into our taxi when we were leaving for the airport. It was such a thoughtful gesture and left us with a very positive final impression. Breakfast offered enough variety, and everything was fresh and made with good-quality ingredients. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be very happy to stay here again when in Prague.
The stay of a lifetime. My partner and I stayed in the tower suite--what a wonderful place to return to each night! We will never forget the view, the city at night, or coming back the evening we got engaged and celebrating. We felt incredibly taken care of by the staff throughout our trip, had nice, quick meals and drinks at the cafe, and thoroughly enjoyed the massages we got at the spa. We cannot wait to return to celebrate our next milestone.
Having stayed in so many great hotels all over the world, this is probably one of the best we have stayed at. Great Value, in London this is a £700 a night hotel if not more. Staff are excellent, we had a junior suite which was bigger than most suites. Absolutely fantastic 😊😊
Had the absolute pleasure of staying there last week. Gorgeous hotel with original art deco features. Wonderful staff. Breakfast is excellent and location is perfect for visiting old and new town, the Jewish quarter and is close to all major shopping areas. Wholeheartedly recommend.
