Location and customer service excellent. We stayed during the heat wave and since the hotel doesn’t have AC, the nights were very hot. Would not recommend during the hot summer days. The rooms were spacious but need some more precies vacuuming (a lot of dust and dead flies). Breakfast was okay, not as good as shown in the hotel’s photos.
Clean, simple but nicely decorated decently large rooms. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast variety and quality are good. Very well connected to public transportation. Highly recommended.
This is a lovely hotel just a little walk from the main tourist area. The rooms are clean and tidy and with lots of space. There's a reception service during the day and a telephone reception help service if arriving a little later in the day. They serve breakfast via a self service in the morning and there's plenty of choice. The area has plenty of bars and dining options as well as small supermarkets. Access to the hotel may cause issues for disabled, as there is a couple of steps to enter.
We had a truly fantastic 3 night stay! Enjoyed starting each day with the free breakfast and then we wrapped up each day at the nearby bar Americká 32, which had incredible service and cocktails. The location is tough to beat! My wife and I prefer staying just outside the touristy areas and with the metro and tram so close, we could choose to take a 25 minute walk or the train. Will absolutely be staying here the next time we’re in Prague.
