This is a great place with very helpful staff.I loved the sevice and every request was accommodated to the best extent possible. The location was really awesome with lots of attractions, esp. the Charles Bridge, within the walking distance. I will choose this place whenever I am in Prague again. Highly recommend
Absolutely love it. For families with children is the best possible location, close to everything but quiet enough for good sleep and rest. Close to parks and plenty of restaurants around. There is also a tram (fun!) location nearby. The apartments are gorgeous. Plenty of restaurants around.
Stayed 4 nights with three kids and it was even better than we expected. Super friendly and warm staff, unbeatable location in magical Malá Strana right next to Charles Bridge. We stayed at Venus apartment, it was absolutely stunning. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine were a lifesaver for a family trip. Nice cafe practically in the same building with delicious food. Bit expensive but worth every cent for our family. This is a hotel I could visit again anytime 💎
Amazing hotel in the best location in all of Prague. Especially if you wanted to take some pictures on the bridge early in the morning without the millions of other tourists about. The apartment was large, modern, clean and just perfect. The hotel staff in particular were so friendly and lovely. The fact it is staffed 24 hours a day is always a massive bonus. Only thing wrong was that the curtains aren't very effective and the inner courtyard lights stay on until quite late so it's pretty bright in the room at night when going to sleep. Other than this it was a perfect experience!
What a fantastic hotel! We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 young children. We had a larger apartment with 2 very comfortable large beds. They kindly provided a cot. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine a lifesaver. The area is very quiet (in a very good way). You are so close to the bridge and castle which makes everything very easy. But somehow the hotel manages to hide away from the crowds. It’s close to restaurants which offer great breakfast and brunch options. The staff were also friendly. Although we didn’t really have a need to interact with them so much as everything in the apartment was seamless.
