This hotel does not deserve a 4-star. There is no air conditioning or refrigerator in the rooms. Avoid staying here during hot weather. It is not suitable for guests with disabilities, as there is no wheelchair ramp next to the entrance stairs (see photo). The hotel is located on a busy main road, and opening the windows is not a good option because of the constant traffic noise (see video). Room cleaning was poor. Even though we requested housekeeping, no one came to clean our room for two consecutive days. The location is convenient and close to the metro, which is one of its few advantages.

I was weary about booking after all the negative reviews, but I am so glad I took the chance to go anyway. This hotel is a little gem. The staff are amazing and ever so helpful to accommodate your needs to the best of their availability. The room we got was upgraded, spacious, modern and housekeeping was to our satisfaction. Breakfast was the usual Mediterranean buffet but absolutely delicious. Worth the price for a short trip. Only downside but not too bothersome was that the traffic is very audible from the room but it really did not matter to us. For a winter break, the AC was nice and toasty despite outside temps below freezing. Only advise to those with accessibility issues is that there are multiple stairs and the lift is AFTER a few steps. Definitely would recommend! And if you have an issue with the room just ask the staff and they will help!

Well we were disappointed 😓 We stayed there for 5 days in December and the hotel is definitely not 4 stars, more like 3. -Cons- ❌ They never changed the bedsheets for these 5 days and they were covered in black lint. Same with the bathroom sink. Also they never cleaned the room floor, just took the garbage out ❌ Bathroom towels seemed clean; they were changed 3 times during our 5-day stay, but only because we requested it ❌ The room was much smaller than the photos and instead of a double bed, there were two single beds with the mattresses and sheets pushed together ❌ There was no phone, fridge or hotel slippers ❌ Poor soundproofing, we could hear outside of our door ❌ The elevator was a bit old and didn't work once ❌ The hotel is split into two parts with a parking lot in between, so guests have to cross it, which is a bit dangerous, cause you have no good visual ❌ The hotel room door didn't lock and the room had no electricity when you left (you can't leave devices charging) because it only worked with the key card ❌ The hotel staff didn’t speak English and were a bit indifferent. The receptionist spoke a little, but made no effort to genuinely assist. Just smiling is not enough for costumer service -Pros- ✨ Breakfast was just okay ✨The bathroom had a well-heated radiator that quickly warmed up the room, mostly because it was so small ✨Convenient location, close to public transport ✨Very clever to have just one soap at the sink and one in the shower, suitable for hands, hair, and body ✨The room seemed renovated, with a nice double window ✨The street was quiet at night, we slept just fine
