I had very bizarre experience with the staff. I had to change the date of my stay which went very smoothly through email. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that my reservation hasn’t been confirmed BY ME. It was very clearly stated by the staff that I have done a mistake. Luckily I was able to show the emails as a proof that the change of the date was indeed confirmed by the hotel. This hassle took a long time and the manager was called to the reception desk as well. The manager has terrible and unkind attitude. She did not greet me, apologize or make me feel welcomed in any way. In the end I was able to get my room but there was not even one apology made by the receptionist or the manager even this problem was simply caused by their own staff. Their way of apologizing was to ask me for 40€ fee for changing the date of my stay😂 ( which I paid) Room is small but okay otherwise. We had towels that were almost ripped apart. Could be a very nice hotel but the “service” is nonexistent. I saw the manager another time and she has very stressed and unpleasant appearance, she doesn’t even look at the guests let alone greet them. Very sad indeed.

We stayed for one night. We liked the hotel that offered clean rooms and great location ( it is on the corner of everything) ; 20 steps from Sultan halal food; 40 steps from Damascus food ; 50- from minimart store; 900 steps from main attractions and 600-from Palladium supermarket. Also all transport facilities ( bus, train, tram)are near by ( 600 meters). Our room was compact enough with a good air conditioning and comfortable beds; shower worked well, but the bathroom doesn’t have hair dryer. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. P.S sometimes you can hear the noise from the street ( room 110) , but this didn’t bother us too much. So I recommend this place because #convenient location, # cleanliness # affordable accommodation

The rooms are modern and comfortable but nothing special. Check in was a breeze and check out as well. Breakfast was chaotic, especially the queue for the coffee machine. The food was alright but again didn’t impress. Good location near the train station, great for 1-2 nights.

This is a great budget hotel. First off, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the central train station, so this made it incredibly easy to get around the city. When I booked, I informed them it was a special occasion and we got a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The rooms are quite basic, the mini fridge was empty and I couldn’t find a hair dryer, however it was clean, smart and the bed was comfortable. The hotel were also happy to hold our bags until check-in was ready, this was useful as we arrived early in the morning.
