Bartender Alex made our drinks and our evening outstanding. His inventive and approachable style resulted in a perfect ‘Division Bell’ cocktail. We will be back for sure.
When we arrived, we were lucky that there were plenty of free tables, as we didn’t have a reservation — though I think it’s probably necessary on weekends. It’s a good place to spend time and enjoy a tasty meal. Is it worth reserving a table by the window? I don’t think so, because you won’t see anything special through it 🙂 The food was truly delicious and nicely presented, the staff was helpful and friendly — everything was excellent.
Cloud 9 in Prague offers a truly impressive first impression. The entrance to the restaurant is stunning and feels both stylish and exciting. We were warmly welcomed by a staff member at the entrance who personally guided us to our table, which immediately set a great tone for the evening. At the table, we were given a small box with mini menus inside. A fun and creative touch that made the experience feel a bit special. The staff was quick to check on us and even offered complimentary popcorn, which was a nice surprise. Our first round of drinks arrived quickly and tasted excellent. The second round took a bit longer, but the staff communicated clearly about the delay and handled the situation very professionally, which we really appreciated. On top of all that, the view is absolutely beautiful and adds a lot to the overall experience. A great place for drinks if you are looking for atmosphere, service, and a memorable setting.
"I had a reservation for 6:15 pm for 1, wanted to have a dinner with a nice view. The hostess didn’t let me seat next to the window , she explained it’s booked , I said I’ll stay until 7 pm , however she insisted not to give me a nice table . I had a Bloody Mary and Planet burger with beef. The cocktail was a bit bland, the burger was great. The waitress was very polite. I left ( as I promised in 45 minutes - 7pm ) and the tables I wanted to seat were still empty ….!"
Stunning rooftop bar atop of the Hilton Prague. My wife and I shared after dinner drinks and enjoyed the towering view over downtown Prague. Herman took amazing care of us including suggestions for my wife that made her happy! (thank you Herman!). We did not eat there but there was a food menu
