Discover Prague from a completely different perspective on an evening kayak tour through the historic city centre.
Meet your guide at Cihelna Beach in Malá Strana, directly beside the Vltava and just below Charles Bridge. After getting your equipment and a safety briefing, launch your single kayak and begin paddling through the heart of Prague.
Pass beneath the iconic Charles Bridge and enjoy open views of Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Malá Strana and Prague's historic riverfront from the water. As the sun gets lower, watch the light change across the city's skyline and reflect on the Vltava.
Your guide will share stories about Prague and its landmarks while leading the group along the river. There is also time to slow down, enjoy the views and take photos from a perspective most visitors never experience.
Depending on the season and conditions, experience the transition from golden hour through sunset and into early evening, when Prague's lights begin to appear along the river.
The tour is kept to a small group for a more personal experience. Some previous kayaking experience is recommended, as the Vltava has more boat traffic in the evening. You should be comfortable steering and controlling a single kayak independently.
If you've never kayaked before, choose the Sunrise or Morning Kayak Tour, when the river is quieter and better suited to first-time paddlers.
After approximately 1.5 hours on the water, paddle back beneath the historic skyline and finish at the same Cihelna Beach where your tour began.

Important Information
- Previous kayaking experience is recommended for this tour due to increased boat traffic on the Vltava in the evening. Complete beginners are encouraged to book our Sunrise or Morning Kayak Tour instead.
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Start times vary between approximately 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM depending on the sunset time.
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for equipment setup and a safety briefing. We launch exactly on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
The route may change depending on weather, river traffic and safety conditions.
