David Černý is a Czech conceptual artist and sculptor and is one of the major artists of the European contemporary scene. Since then, he has placed his work within the framework of critical discourse aimed at denouncing the state of contemporary Czech and European culture. His work has long crossed the Czech borders and he is exhibited all over the world.
