Start with pickup from your accommodation in Prague before a 2-hour drive to the German section of Bohemian Switzerland National Park. Walk around Neurathen Castle and enjoy views of the Elbe River from Bastei Bridge.
Stop in Hrensko for refreshments, then descend 200 meters of steep stairs to Wild Gorge. Board a boat for a 20-minute trip along the Kamenice River to see towering rock formations and natural scenery.
After the boat ride, return up the stairs and have an a la carte lunch at a nearby restaurant. The afternoon features a 45-minute moderate walk to Pravčická Gate, Europe’s largest sandstone arch, noted for its appearance in the Chronicles of Narnia.
While exploring Pravčická Gate, a local photographer will take professional photos. Receive these high-quality images after the tour.
Return via an easier, shorter path before heading back to Prague for drop-off at your accommodation. Note that the Wild Gorge boat tour operates from April until the end of October; outside these months, the tour visits Tisa Rocks, a sandstone maze also known as a rock city.
