The only gym that plays normal song and not fricking workout remixes

Synergy Gym is basically my second home, minus the couch and snacks. Overall, I really love this place. It does exactly what a gym should do: good equipment, clean showers, a nice system, and a wellness area that makes you feel like you earned your post-workout relaxation. The gym is on the smaller side, but that’s actually a win if you come in the morning. It’s quiet, not crowded, and you’re not fighting for machines like it’s the Hunger Games. Morning Synergy is elite Synergy. The wellness area is great, although sometimes it looks like it missed a tiny cleaning appointment. Nothing dramatic, just enough to make you think, “Okay… someone forgot about this corner.” Still very usable and chill most of the time. During the week, the staff are usually super nice and welcoming, which makes a big difference. BUT. And this is a capital BUT. If you come on the weekend between around 12 and 3… beware. There’s a blonde employee who brings the exact opposite of wellness energy. The vibe goes from “relax and recover” to “did I personally offend you by existing?” Every time I’m there she’s unfriendly in a way that’s almost impressive. At this point I schedule my workouts like I’m avoiding a boss fight. Outside of that time slot, Synergy is honestly a great gym. Good setup, good showers, nice wellness area, and peaceful mornings. Fix the cleaning consistency and swap the weekend attitude, and this place would be flirting with a full 5 stars.
