My son was happy in his room. It is close to all the attractions. The apartment is very clean and my husband liked it. The only thing I didn't like was the master bed, it seemed old.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were excellent and well-equipped. I accidentally left my earphones in the room after check-out, and the staff kindly helped me find and return them. Their service attitude was outstanding and very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel!
This is the second time we've stayed at 3 Epoques by Adrez and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, it's exceptional. The access to the apartments are secure and digital so you have no issues remembering the keys, and the location is perfect for old town square. We travelled as a party of 4 and two of our party were in their 80s and although there were 50 steps to our apartment (mom counted) they had a hand rail and steps were a decent size and not steep. The pub and beer garden outside were also amazing and we had 3 enjoyable evenings sampling the beer taster. We would definitely rebook and return in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay
The room was in the center of the old town, everything was clean and comfortable.Our Room was on the second floor, so it may be a little hard if you have so much staff since there is no elevator. One thing there is kitchen but there is only salt and pepper. There should be some basic things like oil, and coffee and tea at least for the arrival .
Beautiful old house in centre of Prague old town! Everything is online and easy to use. +Unique apartment +Great location -Check in portal that is vital for staying in this apartment did not work on my phone in my home country or at Prague. We had to go back to main reception and then back again to manually check in. Gentleman at main desk was very helpful. - Fire safety Blanket was missing from the kitchen (empty) - Black mold in shower
