Reviews
For location and attentiveness of the cleaning staff this is a great hotel. For other aspects it is average. We had a standard double room. Whilst the room was large it was basic and a little tired. The AC worked but could have been better. The TV only had a couple of channels that worked, not the 56 advertised. Whilst we weren't there to watch TV it would have been nice to have some more choice. The breakfast was ok but not fantastic, the "hot" items were often cold and the inclusion of a chocolate fountain was strange when offering other items may be preferable. The cleaning staff were fantastic and our room was serviced daily. The cleanliness of the room was great. The location was super handy for trams into the main city or to visit the large shopping centre at Andel.
This hotel is very good. It is very clean and very spacious, and it also has a varied breakfast. The location is perfect, with only about 100 meters to the tram stop, where lines 12, 15, and 20 take you to the city center in 7–8 minutes. However, please consider having slightly more welcoming staff. The woman at the reception who works in the morning never seems to smile. Also, please improve the internet connection. These are two small details, and it would be a shame for such a good hotel otherwise.
I stayed in this hotel for five nights recently. This is a bit outside the central touristy prague area but the good thing about prague is that it is fairly compact and the public transport is bei Good so if you don't mind commuting, it is a good choice. I stayed in the solo room and it was decent, a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic nearby. The breakfast is decent and the room was cleaned everyday. There is no room service to speak of and the front desk is 24 hours. There are plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. If you don't mind the travel, it is a decent place to stay.
It is a great hotel. The prices are more than ok and i wish them many happy guests. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. One can reach the city even by walking and enjoy beautiful Prague by doing so. Breakfast was also ok.
