Air conditioned hotel! The hotel is at a great location (2 mins to tram, 2 mins to a park and 6-8 mins by tram to Old Town). The receptionist was a tall lady who was very professional and immediately checked us in. The room we had was quite big with a bedroom, a separate space for wardrobe and a long mirror. The bathroom had a shower, WC and a wide wash basin with a big mirror as well. The breakfast is basic, but has scrambled eggs, coffee, cereal, crepe/pancakes and fresh fruit and we enjoyed it. Again, the A/C worked very well and we were able to sleep soundly at night.

The room was clean yet very small. The location of the hotel was very zentral yet in a quiet area. The breakfast needs improvement during our stay we just tried it ones and we agreed ones was enough and we eventually had our breakfast outside. The double bed room on the main floor that we had, was freshly renovated, but it should have been more a single room instead of a double room. It hardly had space to open a big suitcase.

Hotel Mala sits a short 10 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. It's in a nice quiet street. They allowed us to check in early. The staff at reception always polite and friendly. It's an older building and some areas of the hotel need tlc. Our room was large, it was clean, bed comfortable (two singles put together), desk, safe and coffee maker with pods. The heating was welcome as it was cold at night. The shower was new but the shower it's self was terrible. It was fixed and couldn't be adjusted height. In addition if you wanted it strong it would go everywhere. The hotel has lift for disabled access. Breakfast was simple but it's all you need. Coffee, tea, fruit juices and pastries with a small selection of fruit and cooked food. If you want a reasonably priced hotel in Prague that includes breakfast then I recommend.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location within Prague is really perfect. You can reach many of the main tourist attractions on foot. If you need to go a bit farther, the tram stop is practically right outside the door. Since the hotel is located on a side street, it is still very quiet. There are countless restaurants and pubs all around. Our tip would be to head further south toward Smíchov or Anděl, either by walking or taking the tram, as prices there are significantly cheaper. The room is functionally furnished and has everything you need. The staff was very, very friendly, and the breakfast room is actually quite nice, even though it is located in the basement. We tried to have breakfast relatively early so that it wouldn’t be too crowded. The breakfast selection is very good, though. There is plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the offerings vary slightly from day to day. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was just "okay". Strange that reservation mentions "with airconditioning" but they won't allow you to use it (probably cause they like sleeping warm). Hotel is fine if you get it for a good price and if cleanliness is the highest priority. Bed and pillows were soft, service was nice on other aspects (other than above). This hotel won't survive without the dedication of their cleaning stuff and I hope they know it.
