Absolutely Flawless Stay! Words cannot express how perfect our stay was from start to finish. The exceptional service began even before we arrived and continued until the very last moment. The hotel is clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was an absolute "wow"ת so fresh and delicious! On top of that, the spa is amazing and provided the ultimate relaxation. Everything was simply perfect. We truly have no words to describe how wonderful it was. Highly, highly recommended!

A truly unique spa experience in Prague. The Bohemian and Herbal Meadow massages were exceptional~feet, body, face, and head all carefully scrubbed and oiled. Deeply relaxing, restorative, and infused with local herbs and traditions. Set within a former monastery with centuries of history beneath your feet, it feels more like a sanctuary than a hotel spa. Absolutely worth the splurge. 🌿✨

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Prague was amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is super nice, the location is great, very peaceful and relaxing. Our room was great, with direct access to the garden, which was perfect for travelling with our dog. Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming and professional, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. What really made this stay unforgettable, however, was the concierge team. Before we arrived, I had asked about renting a dog stroller for our 13-year-old Cocker Spaniel. They handled absolutely everything. The stroller was waiting in our room when we checked in, and when we left, all we had to do was leave it in the room for them to return. It couldn't have been easier for us. They also arranged the veterinary appointment required for our dog's return to the UK. Rather than simply booking a local clinic, they found a vet who was willing to come to the hotel and carry out the appointment in our room. This completely removed the stress of travelling across the city with an older dog and is one of the most thoughtful pieces of service I've experienced at any hotel. To top it all off, they even arranged balloons and a birthday surprise for our dog's birthday during our stay. It was such an unexpected gesture and one we'll genuinely remember for a long time. I've stayed in many luxury hotels & great rooms, good breakfasts & attentive staff are expected at this level. What set the Mandarin Oriental Prague apart was the willingness of the team to go far beyond expectations to create a truly personal experience. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to help made this one of the most memorable hotel stays we've ever had

Lovely hotel, great location. Used to be a monastery and has lots of charm and a quirky layout. We had room 234, very spacious and well appointed. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, what more can you ask for! Update after staying 3 nights. If I could give one improvement it would be the shower. It would be better to have a separate shower from rhe bath, the rain shower is one end of the bath, glass side panel is fixed ... design ergonomics could be better.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Prague. The property itself is stunning—set within a beautifully converted monastery that gives the hotel a unique sense of history and character. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to recognize Jose in the breakfast area, who provided truly outstanding service. Breakfast was very nice overall. They served delicious coffee. Our room was lovely and well-appointed; however, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The master bedroom was quite dark, making it difficult to see inside suitcases, and the climate control could use improvement—it became quite warm at night, and the air conditioning cycled on and off inconsistently. Bedding was comfortable and luxurious. Room was mostly quiet. That said, these were small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience. The location is ideal—perfect.
