If you're going to stay in Castle District, look nowhere else! It's slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Prague, and is within walking distance of anywhere you want to go (including transit). Great food right nearby as well! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, the unlimited breakfast is phenomenal, and the rooms are spacious. When we checked out, my son said it's the only hotel where he'd miss the staff. Jan especially is a big sweetie, constantly making us laugh and smile. We found through Rick Steves guidebook, and I fully recommend!!

Amazing hotel. The entire staff here seems to genuinely enjoy their employment. This hotel is very focused on each guest enjoying their experience. The attached cafe is one of the best in the city. The location is close to all the major castles and tourist destinations, but far enough from the crowds that it’s more quiet and comfortable. They have relationships with local drivers, bakeries, laundromats and more to ensure they have available the most quality items and services. A stay here is highly recommended.

This was our third stay, and I plan to return when in Prague. The location could not be any better, walking distance to the castle and Charles Bridge - ideal for early morning walks through sleepy Prague before the crowds arrive. The hotel has a wonderful feel; it has modern facilities with an old-world charm. I worked my entire life in high-end hotels, but when I travel, I search for places with local flair, character, and "heart". Nerudova 211 will always be my first choice. Bonus: wonderful welcome drinks and amazing breakfast. Worth trying even if you are not staying overnight.

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. The location is excellent, set on a beautiful historic street and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, including Prague Castle. After spending time exploring the busy attractions, it was especially nice coming back to the hotel — it feels tucked away and peaceful, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. The hotel itself is very charming, with a lot of character, and the facilities were great. Our room was very spacious, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. What really stood out, though, was the staff — every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made a big difference to our stay. A special mention also to the gentleman who handled the airport transfers — he was an absolute gem and a real asset to the hotel. The only small thing to note is that we stayed in an attic room. While it was very large in terms of space, the sloped ceilings and wooden beams meant that moving around in certain areas could be a bit tricky at times. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to be aware of. Next time, we would probably request a room with full-height ceilings. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time here. A great hotel in a perfect location — we would definitely return.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. On arrival we were greeted by Lucie who warmly welcomed us and provided us with a map highlighting a number of places for us to visit during our stay. She then recommended a great local restaurant for dinner as we arrived late and hadn’t thought to plan ahead. Our room (201) left us speechless. It was absolutely stunning. I might add, our trip was in part to celebrate our wedding anniversary and I can honestly say even our honeymoon suite wasn’t as nice as the room here. The hand painted ceiling, gorgeous furniture and stylish decor created the most wonderful luxurious space to relax in. Our stay included breakfast and like everything else about the Nerudova 211 it was of amazing quality. We can thoroughly recommend the eggs benedict, French toast and if you get a chance to try it, the Spritz 211 cocktail. Every member of staff we interacted with greeted us in a friendly manner and with a smile on their face, and the requests we made re: decaffeinated coffee and a change of pillow were no trouble at all and quickly addressed. Every aspect of the hotel has been thoughtfully considered and the attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. The owners really have done a beautiful job at renovating the property and finishing it to a high standard. I would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you team Nerudova 211 for an unforgettable stay.
