Last call for the flight to Honolulu. We were there on a weekday at 11pm. Only 4 other people in the bar. The bar is busy on weekends. Extensive drink menu with some classics Tiki drinks still on the menu from when this bar was more of a Tiki bar than a cocktail bar. Bar tender was nice and good at her job. Bathroom was nice. Downstairs was a second bar that’s open on busy nights.
Coffee looked great but the flavour wasn’t there nor was it hot. The wife’s macchiato was cold and full of milk. Macchiato means black with a mark of milk. Enjoyed the French toast.
Overpriced but ok cocktails. Zombie was a tad too sweet and also came in a not so nice blue chipped cup. I appreciated the dried pineapple and mint drink decoration. My boyfriend ordered a glass of expensive rhum (Mont Gay) and only 10 minutes later the longhaired waitress came with excuses that they are out of this bewerage. We tried to pick 2 other rhums from their menu which they also didn't have. Finally we found with the waitress some nice rhum (Cihuatan 8y) which she could serve us and fortunately it was delicious. I wouldn't go there for a beer since they have no quality tap beer only Staropramen and stella in bottle isn't exciting at all. At 22h no food was offered to us. Only upon request she brought us a menu where they only stated cheese nachos, olives, charcuterie and hummus. The whole time her russian discussion with her blond friend was very disturbing and loud, we almost wanted to leave it was totally unprofessional. Music was ok and decor was very cute.
We had an unforgettable time at this cosy, atmospheric place. The cocktails we ordered were delicious, fancy and very impressive! They were the best ever! Our bartender and server, Veronika, was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place!
Good cocktails, cozy atmosphere and super service! Also for a really good price and they are opened really up until late. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.
