Reviews
The environment was very pleasant and clean, but some small things spoiled the overall experience - for example, there was not enough toilet paper in the toilet or only one tea bag and two capsules for the coffee machine for two people. Sugar was available, but not spoons. The water in the shower could not be set to hot enough, only lukewarm, which definitely does not heat up. The control of the whirlpool (which was quite confusing and we spent about ten minutes exploring it) or other equipment was not explained in any way, the staff only showed us to the wellness area and that was basically all. Some shampoo and soap containers in the shower were empty. We would have liked to have wet, rubber slippers instead of disposable cloth ones in the areas where we move around.
