A really great restaurant with seafood and fish. We ordered salmon fillet, octopuses, baby squids, oysters, and some appetizers. Right at the entrance, there is a display counter with a wide selection of seafood and fish, where they help you choose something exactly to your taste. We also tried the oysters here, and they were not only beautifully and correctly served but also incredibly delicious (and it wasn't our first time trying them). They have a very beautiful terrace where we would have loved to sit if the weather had been nice, but even in the rain, it looked super cozy (especially in the rain) and atmospheric. The service was delightful. Our waitress answered all our questions and took great care of us from start to finish. Thank you for this visit, we definitely recommend this place
自选小海鲜！！符合我们中国人胃的自选小海鲜！！北欧留子的口水化成了泪水，去它的小茴香海鲜，去它的齁咸海鲜，还是捷克人会吃啊。 Love this place. You can choose at the counter: - Precourse/salad (with or without bread): I ordered shrimp pesto salad and baguette, the shrimp in the salad is so fresh and crisp!! - Seafood main course: I chose baby octopus, shrimp with shell, and scallop. But there is a lot of different shrimps, lobsters, and fish to choose from. Scallop was not on display yet when I arrived, so if you like scallops but don't see it in the counter, try asking for it :) They grill everything and just let people enjoy the natural flavor of fresh seafood, which I like. The shrimp was the absolute best, so flavorful!! The scallop is a must-try one too, it just melted in my mouth. The octupus was great, but the other two were just too heavenly. - Sides: you can choose between potato, grilled vegetable, salad, etc. It's served in a similar small bowl as the one used for precourse. Location: away from the touristy area. The place was 80% full on a rainy friday lunch hour. Service: Can't be better.
Can't wait to visit this restaurant next time. Everything they cook is just amazing! We tried octopus, calamari and prawns. The sauce for prawns is a pure heaven! Lemonades are not oversweatened, they just right! I also liked the choice of fish and seafood. You can easily regulate your portion size yourself, that's was convenient. And they cook fast, which is important when you're hungry.
At the venue, you choose the fish directly from the counter, and they prepare any product in the exact amount you want. The oysters are truly excellent, and the baby octopus was definitely my favorite. Even though we preferred to share everything, the serving plates arrived warm. A cooking fee is added to your order, but it can still be a great choice for a pleasant evening.
We have known and visited Bluefjord since 2016, almost 10 years now. They always offer a great selection of fresh fish and seafood of high quality. The restaurant has recently moved to Karlín, which is a very nice and convenient location. The selection remains excellent, with fresh and well-presented products. We would also like to highlight the kind and professional waitresses. The only small note is that a bit more attentiveness and engagement from the staff behind the counter would be appreciated. Overall, we really like this place and are happy to keep coming back.
