Exactly what you hope to find on vacation. An absolutely stunning setting in an alcove, with delicious food and fabulous service. We had the pancakes that were amazing and even a basic English breakfast was top notch. The dinner menu looks equally as amazing so we will be back!!! A big thank you to Zdenek Miko for the terrific service!!!
I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant and enjoyed everything so much that I even came back a second time for dessert and tea. The restaurant is very spacious, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details. I especially liked the natural wooden furniture, elegant lamps, and the lovely atmosphere created by the live piano music. The menu is quite varied, and the dishes were very tasty. They also have an excellent wine list; I tried a French red wine and really enjoyed it. The waiters were very polite and provided great service. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant.
The setting is beautiful and, as a large group, we were accommodated in a private dining room at no extra charge. Daniel our waiter was very friendly and gave excellent service. The restaurant was busy which made the service a little slow at times, and we therefore skipped dessert as it was quite late by the time we were asked for our order. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The price was also reasonable for the quality. Overall, we would definitely recommend.
My friend and I stayed at the Iron Gate Hotel in February of this year; we had an amazing stay made all the better because of the staff in the beautiful restaurant. The service was exceptional - we could not have been better looked after. The food was lovely, beautifully presented and extremely tasty. The decor and the atmosphere was the icing on the cake. We would heartily recommend staying here and eating in the restaurant. Thank you to the male waiters - I’m just sorry I did not get your names.
