The wait staff here were SO friendly and nice to us. Gave us all recommendations for dumplings and info about how they are prepared. He mixed the dipping sauce right in front of us. There were so many vegan options for us to choose from: three different tofu options, a pumpkin one, a potato one and a tempeh one. All were delicious! Best dumplings I might have had in my life and I love dumplings….
It’s a nice atmosphere and the staff were very pleasant, but I was disappointed by the dumplings! Especially for the price. I ordered 4 chicken and 4 beef. They are big on size, but not particularly flavorful. They also fell apart easily and separated into the dough and a ball of meat, which I did not really like.
The restaurant looks very inviting from the outside and inside. We had dumplings with pork and the steamed dumplings with shrimp. The ones with the pork were really delicious and the ones with the shrimp were a bit bland. Maybe we should have tried more flavors to see how the rest of the dumplings are.
I visited this dim sum restaurant and really enjoyed it 😍 The menu offered a nice variety of dumplings, including jiaozi 🥟 and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. My favourite were the shrimp dumplings with lemongrass 🍤🌿 – they were delicious and had a really refreshing flavour. The prices were also quite reasonable 💰 We ended the meal with mochi 🍡 which was a great final touch. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return!
I recently visited the Dim Sum Spot & Pub in Anděl, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. The food was tasty, the atmosphere relaxed, and the staff welcoming — the kind of place where you can unwind and enjoy good company. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, starting with the shumai, which were perfectly steamed, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The bulgogi Korean BBQ was a pleasant surprise — it had a nice kick of spice that caught me off guard in the best way. On the other hand, the Szechwan sauce didn’t quite live up to its name; it lacked the signature numbing heat and depth of Szechuan pepper I was hoping for. However, the mango habanero sauce more than made up for it — tangy, fruity, and with just the right level of heat to keep things interesting. The absolute highlight of the meal, though, were the blueberry dumplings. They were unlike anything I’ve had before — sweet, delicate, and bursting with flavor. I’ll definitely be returning just for those. The staff served with a smile, creating a calm, welcoming vibe. They even let my dog sit with us — three people and one happy pup — which made the evening even better. Thank you to the creativity of this kitchen to being such a fusion style menu
