Na Kopci was worth the trip outside Prague’s main tourist areas. The place has a cozy and welcoming ambiance, with warm and attentive service. We enjoyed everything we ordered, but our favorites were the steak tartare with fries and the sweet curd cheese dumplings with strawberries and yoghurt ice cream — the dessert was so yummy and memorable. The Stroganoff with rice, pork cutlet with potatoes and tarragon sauce, and the soup were also very good. A lovely Michelin Guide-recognized spot for great food, good value, and a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommended!

This dining experience completely blew me away! Na Kopci is located a little ways from the city center and the trek is well worth it. The atmosphere is cozy and down to earth, even though it’s a Michelin Bib Gourmand, the place is just so relaxed and unpretentious. My friend got wild boar neck with parsnip purée (as part of the tasting menu) and I got the roe deer leg with savoy cabbage and schupfnudeln. I don’t have words to describe the flavors that the chef put together. Each part of the dish complemented the rest. Everything was so well balanced, flavorful yet also refined. For dessert, we got the speculoos dumplings and chocolate fondant. Both were amazing, but the dumpling was my favorite. Our waiter Jiří was super fun, warm and welcoming. He saw me debating about getting a dessert and next thing I knew, I had a chocolate fondant in front of me. This place is an absolute gem in Prague, if you have the chance you must go here!

Perched on top of a hill in Prague is this off-the-beaten-path cozy restaurant with excellent service and good (at times great) food. Made a reservation based on the Michelin recommendation and had the Chef’s Menu. Amuse bouche was nice followed by foie gras, and ceviche, which needed salt and the chips provided didn’t taste fresh (they didn’t snap like you would hope). The gazpacho with fish balls was amazing! Game hen with risotto was tasty and rich. The dessert had too much going on - pistachio gelato was nice, but the thinly sliced pineapple was a strange addition IMO. Service was excellent, and the ambiance is fantastic and homey. Would recommend with a few caveats listed above.

This hidden gem deserves every positive review it receives and is well worth the trip outside the city centre. After I mistakenly arrived on the wrong reservation date, the staff graciously accommodated us without missing a beat. The wine list is broad and thoughtfully curated to complement the dishes. The pork was melt-in-your-mouth perfect, with beautifully rendered fat and a crisp texture. The pumpkin risotto was a surprise explosion of flavour, perfectly matching the vibrant colours of the dish. Perfect atmosphere for a casual but elevated dining experience with top quality service and food.

Was a really disappointing visit. First of all the location is away from the busy centers in a residential area which we really liked. The atmosphere was great and the service was really good. Our waiter suggested us the best options on the menu and was very friendly. Unfortunately the food was really disappointing. Most of the dishes were ok at best. The Beef Tartar which seems to be their pride came pre mixed with too much sauce and we just couldn't taste the beef, it reminded us more of a cheap tuna salad. The fish soup was nice. The pork portion and its sauce was good. Nothing that really made us want to go there again, unfortunately. Prices are reasonable but on the high side. I hope we just caught the kitchen in a bad day.
