Superb experience. 100% worth the visit. It’s a hidden gem for sure. We had a great time even though only 3 people were at the restaurant (out of 10), what can be too personal for someone. Food was amazing and I appreciate bold and unusual flavour combinations that head chef Jakub chose. Head chef is also the one that take care of you and telling tou about the wine and food in the detail. I recommend wine pairing as well as those wines we tasted were one of the best I tasted from the Czech vines. Note what can be improved in my opinion: When we entered the restaurant we were unsure wether its okay to come in kinda weird feeling cause you expect someone to greet you at the door, as head chef is doing multiple things including this it takes couple of second for him to come from the kitchen which seems that he is not supposed to do so but at the end we understood. Sometimes during the dinner Jakub has to go to the kitchen (obviously) which leaves the guests alone, in restaurants you are not used to this that much as there is always a waiter in there. This part is the only thing I think that can be improved to be at 110%, it would be worth to have someone at the front pf the house all the time to take care of the guests. Jakub did amazing job even with this but you cannot sit at too many chairs at once and be 110% everywhere. Thank you for the experience and for the talk after the dinner with head chef it was refreshing and highly appreciated. Will come back for sure.
