Another great discovery in Prague — a place where you can still enjoy a good, hearty, home-style meal without feeling inflation tightening its grip around your neck the moment you open the menu. One of its biggest advantages is the large, comfortable, and peaceful outdoor terrace. It’s the perfect spot to sit back, enjoy a good Czech beer, have a smoke if you wish, and relax with friends or family. The food is tasty, well-prepared, and generously portioned, while the prices remain surprisingly reasonable for Prague. In a city where dining out has become noticeably more expensive in recent years, places like this are becoming increasingly rare. If you appreciate good beer, honest homemade cooking, and a relaxed atmosphere, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
Amazing food! You definitely need to come here and get their home made chips. Everything else is also pretty good. But I love to come here for a beer and the chips.
I tested many different pork knuckles in Prague. This place was by far the best place. And of course they have the tank beer, which is the WORLD BEST beer👍
A proper czech style restaurant. Great atmosphere and old school mix interior. Great staff, good English. If you go for a Czech experience, do pay them a visit. Indoor and outdoor sitting.
As soon as we arrived, the waitress greeted us warmly and let us choose our table. When she realized we didn’t speak or understand Czech, she kindly brought us an English menu. The prices were pleasantly surprising. We ordered a few traditional dishes and some beer. The beer was absolutely delicious — I think I’ve never had such tasty beer before! The food was also excellent, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. We were very satisfied with every dish we tried. All the staff were friendly and attentive. They quickly cleared the tables and brought out new dishes without delay. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. The restaurant itself is quite large, with an outdoor terrace. There’s also a lower floor, though we didn’t go there. Overall, I really loved this restaurant and definitely recommend it. Great food, great staff, great prices!
