Located next to the rotating Kafka statue, a culinary gem of delicious and fine ramen. A courteous and quick wait staff serves with a professional smile. Delicious ramen (a family of 4 ordered several different types and they were all delicious, enjoyed home made licci ice tea and perfect made Gyoza). We returned day after day to enjoy the fine taste.
As a ramen lover, I really enjoyed the flavor here, balanced, and very satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I also loved that they were playing Studio Ghibli movies, a nice touch for any Ghibli fan. The restaurant is conveniently located in the city center and offers plenty of vegetarian options as well. Definitely a place I would visit again!
A nice place to visit on your own or with friends. The atmosphere is well maintained in an asian style, and there’s a projector on the wall playing anime. Keep in mind that it’s located near Franz Kafka’s Head, a popular tourist attraction, so there’s a good chance there won’t be any empty seats. The food is prepared quickly and tastes great. Although the prices are slightly higher than in some similar places in Prague, it’s definitely worth visiting.
Seriously best ramen in Prague!! Everything was well balanced and flavorful 🌟 I really appreciated all the vegan options they had. We had vegan tempura miso ramen and karaage don; although I wish rice dishes were on different plate because it was hard to eat it from. I hope they will open second and bigger location, because especially in the evening the restaurant is pretty crowded and it is harder to obtain seats.
We only had one day in Prague, and Takumi Ramen was easily the highlight. Right in front of the Franz Kafka Monument, with super kind staff and such a cozy vibe. Even the little things, like the green tea in the cute pink package, were perfect. But the food… it actually made us stop and just enjoy the moment. One of the best meals I’ve ever had!
