An Italian Masterpiece in the Heart of Prague As someone who visits Prague regularly, I’m always searching for restaurants that leave a lasting impression. Aromi has now firmly established itself as one of the finest dining experiences I’ve had anywhere in the city. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by an atmosphere that effortlessly blends elegance with warmth. Before dinner, I spent some time at their beautifully stocked cocktail bar, which is every bit as impressive as the restaurant itself. The selection of premium spirits is exceptional, and the cocktails are expertly crafted, making it the perfect place to begin the evening. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was presented like a piece of art, with an incredible level of precision and creativity. The seafood starter was beautifully balanced, combining delicate textures with vibrant flavours and immaculate presentation. The seafood pasta was equally memorable—perfectly cooked pasta generously accompanied by beautifully prepared shellfish, all brought together with a rich, silky sauce that allowed every ingredient to shine. To finish, the dessert was nothing short of spectacular, both visually stunning and utterly delicious, providing the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. The waiting staff demonstrated impeccable attention to detail throughout the evening. They were knowledgeable without being intrusive, attentive without hovering, and seemed to anticipate every need before it arose. Their genuine passion for hospitality made the evening feel incredibly special. Aromi is far more than just an Italian restaurant—it’s a complete dining experience. Exceptional food, a superb cocktail bar, flawless service and an atmosphere that encourages you to relax and savour every moment. I’ll certainly be returning on my next visit to Prague, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aromi to anyone looking for one of the city’s finest restaurants.
Aromi is a world class experience. Here you absolutely get what you pay for! All the food was super delicious and the service like at a castle. 🤴 The one small cosmetics - salmon could be next time a bit warmer and room temperature considering the hot summer a bit cooler. 😀 Otherwise a pure perfection!
The food was excellent, and everyone in our group really enjoyed their meal. The quality of the dishes was outstanding and definitely the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the service was a completely different story. The staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. When approaching our table while we were in the middle of a conversation, they did not even apologize for interrupting us. Instead, they immediately started presenting the fish options available that day. Only after we specifically asked questions did we find out that some items on the menu were actually unavailable. This is information that should be communicated to customers from the beginning, especially when presenting the menu and daily specials. The most disappointing part of the experience came at the end of the meal when the staff openly asked for a tip. Tipping should always be a customer’s personal decision based on the quality of service received, not something that is requested directly by the restaurant staff. While the food was truly delicious and worth praising, the service unfortunately left a negative impression and did not match the standard one would expect from a restaurant of this type.

The fish was prepared exactly as it should be – delicate in texture, clean in flavor, and perfectly balanced without overpowering the quality of the ingredient itself. The Negroni was expertly crafted, with an ideal balance of flavors, complementing the character of the dinner perfectly. The sweet finale was a refreshing sorbet – light, vibrant, and full of flavor, making it the ideal way to complete the experience. The service deserves special recognition. Professional yet natural communication, perfect timing between courses, and the ability to create a pleasant yet elegant atmosphere. We truly felt like valued guests throughout the entire evening. Aromi is a place where quality, tradition, and a modern approach to gastronomy come together seamlessly. If you are looking for an exceptional culinary experience in Prague, you certainly won’t go wrong here.

This added an exclusive and elegant touch to the evening while highlighting the exceptional freshness of the ingredients. The fish was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and seasoned just enough to let its natural flavors shine. As a refreshing finish, we enjoyed a fantastic sorbet – light, vibrant, and full of pure flavor. It was the perfect palate cleanser and a beautiful way to complete the meal. For drinks, we had prosecco and a perfectly crafted Negroni, both prepared with precision and great attention to detail. The service was absolutely flawless – professional, attentive, yet naturally warm and friendly. The staff demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the menu and wine list, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for from start to finish. Aromi is, without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in Prague. We will definitely be returning, whether for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.
