Oh my! The place is a true hidden gem! If in Prague and a foodie, you must go try this place. Don’t judge the place by the location. The food is amazing. We have tried several Michelin Star restaurants while in Prague and none of them compare to this place. Fellow Americans, don’t miss this place because it is off the beaten path. It is all the feels! I usually wait and write my reviews so that I have comparisons. The only reason it is not a 5 star for Atmosphere, is because it is off the beaten path and not you classic high end restaurant. Again, your taste buds will not be disappointed. The food profiles are spot on!!
This is one of the most hidden and underrated gems that Prague has to offer. My Guncles who are huge foodies found this spot first and after we tried their menu and their amazing cream brulee we came back 3 times that week. Since then I booked this restaurant for an event and the owner went above and beyond to help make this event stand out via food, venue and decorations. It’s also bitcoin friendly !!!!
The experience was a total delight. The atmosphere, service, and, most of all, the food were memorable. Nestled near Kinsky Park in Prague, the restaurant's menu includes several fish dishes, red mullet, cod, seabream, as well as vegetarian options and some meat fare. Homemade mushroom-stuffed ravioli with truffle oil was my friend's choice, and for me, it was boneless duck leg with duck breast, Beluga lentils, and gooseberries. Both were delicious. The duck was tender and tasty. The addition of gooseberries, a lovely touch, as was the truffle oil, a delicate addition to the whispery ravioli stuffing. The server recommended the wine, which paired well with our meals. The price, by London standards, was more than reasonable. The restaurant is open and well-lit with a summer terrace. When next in Prague, this restaurant will be at the top of my must-do list. Bookings can be done easily online.
Fantastic and truly exceptional cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere, complemented by a curated selection of fine wines from both domestic and international producers. The service is outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and able to advise expertly on both dish selection and ideal wine pairings. For me, this restaurant should be the first choice on every visit to Prague.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – A Hidden Gem in Prague – Worth Every Step! We had dinner tonight at Atelier Restaurant in Prague and were absolutely delighted. Although it’s tucked away in a quiet side street, it’s truly worth discovering – a real hidden gem for anyone who loves good food and warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The friendly dog greeted us, and both the hostess and another staff member received us with warmth and a personal touch that immediately made us feel at home. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined – you can sense the care and heart behind everything. We started with two appetizers: I had a cream of asparagus soup with fresh mushrooms, beautifully presented and wonderfully balanced in taste. For the main courses, we enjoyed a seafood bowl and ravioli with truffle and green asparagus – each dish perfectly prepared, flavorful, and elegantly served. The restaurant has a clear focus on French-inspired cuisine and wines, offering an excellent selection at truly fair prices. We had a Kir Royal, a Vodka Tonic, a Vodka Martini, and later a local dry white wine, all of which were well-paired and served with attention to detail. The value for money was excellent — we paid around 2,100 CZK (about €88), which is more than fair for the quality, the presentation, and the overall experience. We gladly left a generous tip. In short: – Wonderfully warm and personal service – Delicious and beautifully presented food – Cozy atmosphere with an elegant yet unpretentious touch – A place where you simply feel good and want to return If you’re in Prague, don’t miss this place. It’s slightly hidden, but absolutely worth the visit – we’ll definitely come back!
