We had an absolutely incredible experience at Vallmo- and we'll be talking about it for a long time. Our server Patrick was phenomenal. He was deeply knowledgeable about every dish, answered all of our questions with ease, and had such a warm, personable energy throughout the whole meal. The entire front-of-house team matched that standard- polished, attentive, and genuinely professional without feeling stiff. The food was complex in the best possible way- thoughtful and refined, yet beautifully presented and approachable. The coursing menu was perfectly balanced, and what really stood out was how consistent the spring theme ran through everything: the locally sourced ingredients, the décor, the plating, the overall flow. It all felt intentional and cohesive. We went to celebrate my birthday and did the chef's tasting menu- and I cannot recommend it enough. Hand over the reins and let them take you on the ride. They made me feel incredibly special, and every single bite had layers of complexity that kept us in awe. We had a fantastic evening with great and amazing food! The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming- and so are the wonderful people who led us through this culinary trip in such a charming and knowledgeable way! It was an evening we will always remember and next time in Prague - a visit to this fantastic restaurant is going to be compulsory! We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves the most fantastic food in a beautiful environment! We’re sure that the first star is not far!
More than 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was not only delicious but also full of delightful surprises. Each plate was beautifully presented, almost like a piece of art, and the flavors were just as impressive as the visuals. You can truly taste the freshness of the ingredients and feel the care and passion that went into every detail of the food. The service was equally outstanding. The team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to explain each dish to us, which made the whole experience even more meaningful and immersive. If there were more than five stars, I would gladly give them. My husband and I chose this restaurant for the last meal of our trip, and it was the perfect ending. We have absolutely no regrets,only gratitude for such a beautiful and memorable evening! Thank you
The food was unimpeachable; the chef clearly knows what he’s doing. Definitely the most delicious tasting menu we’ve had in a while. The morel mushroom dish in particular was fantastic. I was disappointed the beer pairing wasn’t available the night we dined, the wine pairing was good but felt a little expensive for what it was (all Czech wines, except for the dessert wine nothing obviously interesting or exciting). I’d recommend it, but for the price of two wine pairings I would recommend ordering a baller bottle off the list instead.
We found this spot after walking around Naplavka Market and tried their lunch tasting menu. Great service, creative cooking, and unique flavors in every dish. We had the 3-course menu — well prepared but the portions were very very small. Definitely not recommended if you’re very hungry but still a nice dining experience in Prague.
