We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with rich, well balanced flavors in every dish. Everything we ordered was carefully prepared and full of taste. The view was beautiful and created the perfect Prague atmosphere, making the whole experience even more memorable. A special thanks to our waiter, Rıza, who took great care of us throughout our visit. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. His kindness and thoughtful service made our evening even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our visit so special!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Brix in Prague! The food was outstanding. We tried the salmon and the perch, and both dishes were perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The cocktails were equally impressive — creative, well-balanced, and very enjoyable. A special thank you to our waitress, Maria from Odesa. Her service was truly exceptional. She was attentive, professional, warm, and genuinely cared about making our evening memorable. Her recommendations for both food and drinks were excellent and greatly enhanced our experience. Brix offers a perfect combination of outstanding cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. We highly recommend it and will definitely return on our next visit to Prague.
Having enjoyed a lovely meal here 18 years ago, with great food, attentive service and beautiful views of Charles Bridge, we thought Brick Restaurant would be the perfect place to bring our friends during our visit from the UK. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. We had booked a table for eight and were shown to our table promptly, but then spent around 20 minutes being completely ignored before we had to ask if someone could take our order. The waiter who eventually came seemed irritated because we were apparently not seated in his section, which immediately made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We ordered both drinks and food at the same time. My husband's starter, a soup, was absolutely delicious – in fact, he said it was the best soup he'd had in a long time. However, the rest of the food was fairly average. One of our friends ordered the veal, which unfortunately looked as though it had been served in dirty water and was far from appetising. My husbands 'traditional' Czech veal meal had squirty cream on it! We wanted wine with the meal but the cheapest bottle worked out at over £50. Really expensive in comparison to the food. Service remained extremely slow throughout the evening. We chose not to order any further drinks because it was so difficult to get anyone's attention. We weren't the only ones noticing it either – even the table next to us commented to their waiter about how long they had been waiting. It felt as though the restaurant simply didn't have enough staff to cope. When the bill arrived, this was the first time I can remember not leaving a tip. We genuinely felt like an inconvenience to the team rather than welcomed guests. It's such a shame because the venue itself is fantastic, the views are wonderful, and it has so much potential. Sadly, the poor service, lack of atmosphere, and overall feeling that customers were an afterthought completely overshadowed what should have been a special evening with friends.
If you’re looking for ambiance in Prague here is the spots our server Jaroslav worked hard to make our experience fantastic. The food is top notch and the service was high quality. We had sea bass and fries. The focaccia was amazing the wine was Czech and very nice Chardonnay. He also gave us a few gifts a lemon cello and affogato complimentary. Great experience!
I think this is a good option for tourists or people who want to enjoy the Prague view. There is diverse cuisine dishes options, service is nice. Food is nothing special in terms of flavor.. special for the price. Ceviche was not fresh and dessert buns were really hard ... The offer dishes were acceptable ... At least is not fine dinning and you will not leave hungry ..overall is a good option
