Nice restaurant with a great menu. I really enjoyed the snails. The duck breast and cabbage was good but not great, based on the price. Did enjoy the restaurant overall and would be back. It is quite pricey I think for what it offers, may or may not be worth it to some people.
This was my favourite spot in Prague. If you’re looking for traditional Czech food with a modern twist this is a very good establishment. The service is excellent and the ambiance is exceptional! Also the menu was very impressive I went here twice during my one week vacation.
A twist on the familiar! Found this gem while walking in the area. We were a walk in and they were able to accommodate us. Not sure this would be the case in high tourist season though. We kept it simple and opted for mains only. The treat were the fries, which were home made, and off the charts delicious! Both entree dishes were absolutely yummy. Even the bill presentation had a unique twist. Definitely worth a visit.
We had such an incredible experience at SOVA in Prague that I had to share. This place was a beautiful surprise from start to finish. You can truly feel that it is family run. The warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care come through in every part of the experience. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The veal cheeks were unbelievably tender and rich, the steak was perfectly cooked, and the steak tartar was fresh and full of flavor. The truffle fries were indulgent in the best way, and even the salad was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. It is rare to find a place where everything hits at such a high level, but SOVA absolutely delivered. The atmosphere, the food, and the people behind it all made for a memorable meal. Highly recommend. This is a spot we will be thinking about long after leaving Prague.
Really nice dining experience. We were a group of eight and had a really nice meal. The service was excellent and the food really well executed. I personally tasted the veal cheeks, the pork belly and the duck and they were all excellent. The duck was my favourite. Desserts were excellent too. A must try if you want a modern version of Czech food.
