This is a lovely little restaurant featuring a variety of tasty entrées and yummy drinks! Such a beautiful walk down the cobbled streets past the old historical buildings, too.
Great place. Came back four years later cause I remembered it to be very good. Today was great, only two waiters so service wasn't as frequent as I would have liked but alright. Music a bit too loud but it was luckily pleasant music. The food was amazing very very good Czech cousine. Came back for the goulash in bread, and it didn't disappoint!
A five-minute walk from the Lesser Town center leads to a satisfying meal that, fortunately, has not yet been overtaken by the influencer crowd. Hopefully it stays that way. The food was thoughtfully prepared, the service attentive and friendly, and the overall experience refreshingly genuine. Our meal began with an excellent kulajda soup and ended with a beautifully prepared deer steak served alongside pumpkin ragout and gnocchi with walnuts. Prices are slightly lower than the heavily promoted restaurants nearby, yet the quality of the food easily holds its own. Don’t expect anything overly fancy — just a very good meal with warm, pleasant service. If I were staying in town longer, I would gladly return. Do yourself a favor and make the extra five-minute walk.
A nice restaurant in a historic building date back to the 14 century. The pork knuckle was nice, juicy and tender. Other were ok. The veer were very good. The portions were very large.
What an amazing cozy place. The wood fire place adds so much charm and calmness to the vibe of the place. We stumbled upon the place when we were out for a walk. We walked in at the right time and didn’t require a reservation. We were the first ones at the restaurant for lunch. We were surprised how quickly it got packed and realized everyone else had made reservations. We saw a lot of people get turned away. SO PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS!! Amazing food, super nice servers and if you like to listen to jazz - this is the perfect combo. We are the English breakfast and it was delightful. Crispy bacon, home made sausages and good espresso. Decadent. We eyed a few peoples lunch dishes and they looked very authentic and you can see people’s eyes’ lit up after they took their first bite. Happened to us as well. UPDATE - it was so good we came back for another meal. Got the seam bream and the turkey meatballs. So delicious. The turkey meatballs were perfectly moist and the salad dressing was refreshing.
