Excellent dumplings, soup, and sparkling water. Honestly, this was my first time trying Czech cuisine, and I was pleasantly surprised. A local friend recommended this restaurant, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The food was both creative and delicious, and it's definitely a place I'd happily return to. The service was also absolutely outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly second to none.
We are tourists visiting Praga, we saw this place and wanted to try. We asked for the cream soup, was nice, also the two dishes you see on the pictures. It has a modern style and the decoration is very interesting.
We had the most fabulous meal and were enchanted with the excellent service of Jana at lunch in May 2026. This was possibly our best meal in Prague that whole week. The beef cheeks with mashed potatoes will be in my dreams forever! The turkey schnitzel was also very delicious. We also had great iced teas and will be back! The ceiling statuettes of all the animals they serve is a delightful surprise! Thanks Jana, for a wonderful experience.
Friendly staff and service. It was really hot especially I was sat upstairs, and I was having the meat sweats too. I had the traditional Czech kulajda soup which was interesting and I enjoyed it. For main, i had the beef roll stuffed with rgg, bacon, pickles and sausage, which I found was quite dry, i guess that's why there gravy with it. Overall good.
Really delicious food, I wish I found this place earlier on my journey in Prague. The servers are extremely polite. Inexpensive and great quality. This place was busy at 11 am on a Wednesday morning (which speaks for itself) and well equipped to handle it. Definitely recommend.
