If i can id give 6 stars 👏🏽 It felt like a different dimension. Very traditional, very kind and very well decorated the whole place with cute garden in the middle. The service was very fast and kind, we got extra plate for snack with bread and tea at the end for free. As you can see on pictures the food was one of my favourite I hd in Prague so i highy recommend this place!..
We are from Canada visiting Prague and we chose this restaurant for its good reviews. The food was so good and felt like back home food. They were so generous and the services was fast and very good Hitham was so friendly taking our orders and accommodating our guests. He was serving us with a big smile and using very polite and kind words. I would highly recommend this restaurant to people visiting Prague. Thanks everyone
We came from Libya to visit Prague, and choosing Haifa Palestinian Restaurant was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. Although our stay in Prague lasted less than two full days, we found ourselves returning to this restaurant because of the excellent food, warm atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. Had we stayed longer, we would have gladly dined here every day. The food was authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish reflected the richness of Palestinian and Middle Eastern cuisine, with generous portions and consistently high quality. What truly stood out was the customer service. Most of the staff were Arabic speakers, including an Egyptian gentleman, and everyone treated guests with genuine respect and professionalism. I even witnessed the staff telling a customer that if they were not satisfied with their meal, it would be replaced or removed without hesitation. That level of confidence and commitment to customer satisfaction is something you do not find in every restaurant. The team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There was also a very friendly blonde staff member whose warm smile and positive attitude added even more charm to the atmosphere and made every visit enjoyable. I came here on my own and absolutely loved this place. It’s located within a mall but it’s an elegant and beautiful Palestinian restaurant. The staff are all so friendly and welcome you like your family. The vibe was so peaceful and the food was absolutely delicious. I was given olives, pickles, pita, hummus and baba ganoush to start. I was served by Haitam who was so helpful and always checked on me to see if I needed anything. The owner, Hassan was also so hospitable. My meal ended with a complimentary mint tea which was a nice surprise! I would totally recommend this place when you’re in Prague! You will love it 💙
Honestly, one of the best Arabic restaurants. They offer a wide variety of Arabic dishes, along with juices and different kinds of salads. We ordered the chicken steak with rice — it was very delicious, I’d rate it 9/10. We also tried a mixed grill for one person, but the portion was a bit small — I’d still give it 9/10. The Yaffa salad was excellent, 10/10. The lentil soup was also very tasty — highly recommended. They were very generous with complimentary appetizers and hospitality, which I really appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. Special thanks to (Yana) for her great effort — she was very quick and active. The prices are reasonable and not expensive. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you enjoy Arabic food, but keep in mind it can be a bit crowded.
