We enjoyed beer, aperol spritz and several pub food items. Great atmosphere. Not garish or over commercialized. Reasonable prices considering proximity to tourist establishments.
This was honestly one of the most delicious lunches I have ever had. We ordered a schnitzel, sausage, green salad with apple, cider, and beer from their own brewery, and every single dish was outstanding. Every bite felt like a new experience, with flavors that were perfectly balanced and memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. Great food, excellent drinks, and wonderful service. Thank you very much for such an amazing meal. I will definitely remember this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague
Our first night in Prague we could not decide where to eat. This place looked nice so we thought just a beer as no one was eating yet. Tried a few beers which were excellent. Service was great atmosphere welcoming. Olympics were on ice hockey Canada v Czech tense! We felt relaxed and hungry. People started to go to the small restaurant area on reserved tables. We asked if we could see a menu, yes of course, could we eat where we were sitting, yes of course. Well we were not leaving! More beer a duck confit with red cabbage and dumplings and a ham hock. Wonderful food. Huge portions well cooked so very tasty. We try not to go to the same places when we visit new countries but I do think we will have to come back even if it's just for one more beer (and the goulash which I want to try next!)
One of our favourite bars in Prague, we went 3 times. Lovely beer, although very strong. Food was superb, I had the Goulash and wife had the creamy carrot soup. The crispy chips/crisps are a great accompaniment when having a few beers. Decor and music makes for a great atmosphere. Service is excellent. Toilets very clean and big.
