This was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! The service was on point! We went on Thursday night and our waiter (didn’t get his name, but blonde) was sooo nice! He recommended us both a lokal lunch place and a really good lokal bar, with amazing beer!! The food was amazing, and as I work in Michelin my self, this was worth it. We got all four servings, as a proper Italian meal, and every single one was delicious. Absolutely the best way to spend our 4 year anniversary. Can’t wait to come back!!!!!
The restaurant works with very high-quality ingredients, and it’s clear they take great care with them. The fresh bread and focaccia were also excellent, and the staff kept replenishing them throughout the meal. Overall, the impression was very good, although in a few details we felt there was room for further refinement. The menu could feel a bit more representative, and at a restaurant of this level we would also appreciate a brief introduction of the individual dishes by the staff. The flavor combinations were interesting, but at times we expected a more pronounced wow effect. The desserts were more of a subtle finishing touch for us, although we might have expected a slightly more striking conclusion to the entire menu.
Case de Carli delivers an outstanding five star fine dining experience that fully lives up to its Michelin star in 2025. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels refined yet warm, with service that is confident, attentive, and genuinely personal. Each course is beautifully composed, balancing creativity with respect for top quality ingredients, and the flavors are precise, surprising, and deeply satisfying. The wine pairing is thoughtful and elevates every dish without ever overpowering it. What truly sets Case de Carli apart is the harmony between kitchen and service, everything flows naturally and you feel completely taken care of. A memorable evening of culinary excellence that stays with you long after the last bite, simply exceptional.
We had the 5 course menu. The food was good, but it wasn’t anything particularly special for a Michelin-starred restaurant. What was unclear to us was why, since I don’t eat meat, the rest of my party had to have meat-free dishes as well — we were told there was no other option. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable.
Because it's a michelin star restaurant and it is pricey i expected a lot. We were after a big breakfast so we orderd ravioli, salad and sea bass fillet. The first two were not good (ordinary, boring) however the sea bass was fantastic! The service was not great, and not very attentive. Again.. i expected more. We were able to get a reservation only through our hotel, when we tried making a reservation on our own, the response was very snobbish with an attitude and they claimed there is no openings (while we were there, there were free tables). In short, I didn't understand the place. I will not go back.
