Rakin is not just a restaurant, it’s an experience! Finding this place was the highlight of my vacation. If you appreciate seafood, Rakin is a must. Every dish is a mix of emotions and flavors in the best and most unexpected way possible. It’s not something you can find anywhere. Rakin is unique. My favs were definitely the tacos and the octopus hot dog. The mandarin brulée is a must as well. A shout out to the staff, who were incredibly kind and nice. It’s not easy to find this level of service in Prague. My favorite restaurant is now 10000 km away from me :( Can’t wait to come back soon! (Once you’re at Rakin, ask them about the Funky Dining experience. Thank me later)
An absolute top spot! Beautiful design, top-notch presentation, and simply delicious oysters. The staff is super accommodating and sweet. Love that they have non-alcoholic wine, too. 10/10!
It was our first time here as tourists visiting from Malaysia, and we had such a great experience. The bartender was friendly and attentive, taking the time to walk us through the menu and recommend the Louisiana King Boil, which was perfect for the four of us to share. The food was excellent and definitely did not disappoint. Service overall was top-notch and made us feel very welcomed. One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the complimentary sanitary products provided in the washroom. The bartender also kindly offered us a power bank in case we needed to charge our phones, which was such a nice gesture. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague.
Our favorite restaurant in Prague. Every visit reveals the restaurant in a new light. Yesterday we visited Rakin for the fourth time, and once again we were pleasantly surprised. We really love that the dishes and the menu are constantly changing, giving us the chance to try new combinations. The staff are always attentive, especially David and Honza. They know the menu very well and are great at helping with choices. We truly love the vibe of this place. it’s special. It’s hard to explain exactly why, but the atmosphere is different from others. There’s a sense of ease and naturalness. We will definitely recommend it to everyone and keep coming back!
It was our first time here and definitely not the last. We were in vintage room and it was one of a kind in Prague. Food was amazing. We’ve tried everything, and without of doubt, there is no better place for seafood lovers in Prague. Atmosphere was very stylish and minimalistic, in two words top notch! They also have u huge selection on wines, 70+ if I am not mistaken. Staff were nice and knowledgable, telling everything you need to know about the food.❤️ Place is 10/10 in every point.
